When
you call us for your delivery and there is any reason we can not do it by the time you request, we will be honest
with you and tell you what time it can be delivered. It does not happen very often but "All delivery services have times
when they know they can not make your delivery on time but most will not tell you!"
We know we lose money when we tell a new customer we can not deliver by the time they want.
They will call another company and they will say they can do it on time and then it is late, but they made the money. We at
Ace would rather lose the money and tell the truth. That is what we have been doing for over 13 years, that is why our customers
continue to use our services. Our customers count on us and we will always do our very best to be on time every time.
We are not like other services that take your call and pick up your delivery knowing they can not possibly get your
delivery there on time. Many delivery services say yes and pick up your delivery right away but do not
get it there on time. I have been told this by many new customers
and drivers that have come to work here that worked for companies that do this all the time.
The next time you have a delivery,
check to see what time it gets there. Do this a few times and you will see that this is true.
